Recovering ~96% of contaminated water
Focussing on innovation, sustainability and efficiency, we treat and comprehensively clean regulated wastes and recover valuable resources with our end-to-end low-cost capital and operating cost process.
Utilising a series of aeration, inoculation, filtration, decontamination, and distillation and re-filtration technologies, our systems break contaminated water into component parts that are capable of treatment.
Our tailored solutions recover approximately 96% of all water, removing solids and chlorides in a manageable form (or fuel), to eliminate the need for sludge and contaminated water storage systems, and reverse osmosis (RO) plants.
Here’s what it’s like to work with us
Step 1
Consultation & Analysis
Once you’ve reached out to Repãrator for your wastewater treatment plan, we begin by conducting an initial analysis of the water quality report.
We examine and measure the suspended solids, particle size and particle distribution in the water quality report. If needed, we will conduct an on-site analysis of your water to best determine a solution.
Step 2
Engage
Once we’ve got an understanding of the issues of the water quality, we can determine what equipment and solution is appropriate for the problem and the water quality.
We will provide a quote with designs of the necessary solutions and equipment to best treat the water quality.
Step 3
Installation
Per the designs, we will head onto your site and implement the equipment and solutions.
Once the system is installed, we work alongside your team to ensure the system is operating as it should be, and train your staff on how to use the equipment and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
Step 4
Maintenance & Monitoring
We offer a managed service arrangement where we can come back to your site to provide further training to your team.
For peace of mind, if there is an issue with the system, we can undertake an inspection and access the equipment via the Internet of Things (IoT) to determine what the issue is, and how to resolve the issue.
